dean likes us to be 'matchy matchy'. it's kind of flattering, really. so here we are modeling our new doggie clothes that mommy made us.

so here we are at 15 months

we went to doc stone's yesterday for my 15 month check-up. time sure flies, doesn't it? 15 months already? crazy, i know.

well, that inspired dean to do a check-up of me on his own. he's listening to my heart beat, but i've got the shot.

here are the numbers i know you're all waiting anxiously for:

weight: 24 lb 4 oz (47%)
height: 31 1/4 inches (55%)
head: 48.5 cm (84%)

as a comparison (you're always comparing me to dean), here were dean's #s at 15 months:

weight: 24 lb 8 oz
height: 31 inches
head: 49.5 cm

so, all in all, we are pretty close. his head is bigger (we all knew that).

climb ev'ry mountain

my new favorite past-time is climbing this chair in our kitchen. it used to be in our den, but mommy is 'staging' the house to try to sell it (yes, it's still for sale). anyway, the furniture keeps getting moved around, which makes life more interesting for me. it is so much fun to get up here and turn the lamp on, but it is hard work. i do have to struggle a bit to make it...

late afternoon crash

toward the end of the day, i get so so tired and just need to rest a minute. even if that means resting on the hard tile of the kitchen floor, i'm good as long as i have my fingers and my froggie binkie.

just another busy day for a busy-body

after my investigation of the sewing machine, i needed to see what dean and da were up to outside. they were washing mommy's car. i played in the puddles and watched the hose.

...and after my bath,

i usually like to go for a quick bouncing zebra ride au naturel.

4th of july

we had some good old-fashioned backyard fun for the 4th of july. we filled up our little wading pool and had a swim!



dean was in charge of the hose. sometimes he got me a little wet, but i didn't mind.



and then we had popsicles. my first popsicle. perfect color for the holiday and for running down my chin onto my belly. hope your day was great!
