another pair bites the dust

here's the latest pair of play shoes i've completely ruined.







mommy took me to walmart the other day to get another pair to play around in. :)

first real haircut!

mommy's been trimming my hair for over a year now, but she decided i needed a new look that she just couldn't give me: the big boy hair cut. so we went to the hair salon this morning for the ordeal.

here i am before. i had so much hair on top, you could put a clip in it. (sorry about the snack in my mouth - yucky, i know)



well, we got there, and i just froze up. and then the tears began to fall. i did not want to sit in that big chair and get my haircut. i ended up sitting on mommy's lap, and the tears subsided after awhile. the end result is fantastic, but it was no fun getting there.







it took me about an hour to even crack a smile after it was done. but don't i look great? and so grown up!

tired day

after lunch yesterday, we laid down on the stairs to take our naps. mommy ended up putting us in our beds, but it was fun for awhile.

oh! pudding!

i begged and begged and finally got one of dean's pudding snacks the other day.
boy, oh boy, was it good!

our matchy matchy finery

you know dean loves to be matchy matchy with me. so mommy put 'matching clothes' on our christmas list this year. boy, did everyone ever comply with our wishes! we got the best matchy matchy ensembles ever!

most of them have matchy matchy jackets and vests to go with them, too. we are so stylish! (and we can't forget ty ty who made us matchy matchy golf outfits for spring!)

no, not in the way you're thinking. i don't usually blog about that now...

the other day i got into dean's markers and drew all over my pants! mommy wasn't too mad because she buys washable markers. isn't it a masterpiece?



i had to call mimi and gan gan and tell them all about it.

i'm on a big mommy kick right now, and getting me out of my comfort zone only made me cling more to my mom.

i wanted to sit on her lap for every ride. here we are on 'it's a small world'.

and when we left the stunt shows because they were too loud and scared me, we found a shady spot to read the map to see where to go next.
