while da was cleaning up the yard the other day for Thanksgiving, dean and i had some fun jumping in the leaf piles.

i have been doing so well with my potty training! mommy can't remember the last time i had an accident, and amazingly, i wake up almost every morning with dry pants. (now the downside to this is that mommy or da have to get up with me a couple times a night to use the potty). mommy asked me yesterday if i wanted to wear real big boy pants and put my training pants away. 'yes!' i said. here comes my thomas the train big boy underpants.

birthday party!

one of our super nice friends had his birthday party at a gymnastics gym yesterday. we had the best best time! we ran around and played and played!

we loved jumping into and playing in this pit.


and dean loved holding onto the rope swing and jumping in, too! what a great afternoon we had!

halloween!

what a great time we had for Halloween this year. we were firemen!


we got to ride most of the way to trick or treating on our street.


after we said 'trick or treat', our neighbors gave us candy!!

one of my new favorite things to do is slide down mommy's bed in the morning when she's making it. i prefer to go head first, but she doesn't think that is so smart. so i settle for feet first!

and, no, your eyes are not deceiving you: i AM wearing big boys underpants. i've been potty training very successfully for about 2 weeks now. go me!!
