just a few mornings ago, i woke to a crushing headache. things had been pretty quiet before, but all of a sudden i felt as if the walls were closing in. panic ensued. i screamed "let me out! let me out!"be careful what you ask for...
bright lights. cold. not at all what i was used to. i have to say, it was quite a trip. now i'm settling down a bit, thanks to some help from someone who's been there and is not too old to remember what it was like. he tells me his journey was even more unpleasant... something about his being a pound and a half heaver than i was at the time. he keeps telling me i 'ain't heavy.' i keep having to correct his grammar.
he's also been teaching me about this thing called 'blogging,' says its a good way to keep the folks informed as to my progress. so i figured i'd give it a try.
no promises yet on how often i'll update this, as i'm trying out other things that may have to take priority. you know, things like eating. this one person (we'll refer to her henceforth as 'mommy') seems to think it's rather important. and since she's been there from the beginning, i'll take her word for it.
